This is my second updated review. I often stay at Hilton Garden Saket whenever I travel to Delhi. Usually it's my first choice of hotel. This hotel has a family type feeling, the staff are amazing. I especially wish to thank the duty manager, named Manish, he is absolutely amazing in taking care of guests needs and requirements, indeed he is a total professional in every way possible The restaurant staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Along with the security personnel that are happy to assist you with a smile. This hotel is connected on the second floor directly with the DLF shopping Mall, some guests may not be aware that there is another larger shopping mall called Select City Mall which is a few mins walk away. Also located in the safety enclosed area, no need to step outside. Both malls include a huge variety of safe, variety of foreign friendly food cuisines. Everything is here, no need for walking on the crazy pavements of Delhi crowds. Negatives: Rooms and hotel can do with a cosmetic update and modernisation, but not a big deal. The in room tv is a pain to use, along with its digital tv box.
